Our leadership team manages and motivates our teammates to ensure the success of our business. With backgrounds building engineering, lease administration and property management, they understand the many different needs and responsibilities associated with each asset. As leaders, Matt Palm and Jessica Regis are responsible for overseeing each department and encouraging the completion of goals and objectives. On a day-to-day basis, you will find them facilitating team communication, attending and presiding over meetings, developing and implementing budgets, directing operations and most importantly, ensuring high customer and client satisfaction. Our leadership team is always looking for ways to create a more positive, forward-thinking atmosphere in and out of the Palm office.
